Still More Frogs From Friends XXVII

I received some photos sent to me by Andrew from New Zealand. Andrew provided the captions for the photos, and more information about his frog at the bottom of the page. You may click on the photos to see a larger version.

Caption: Due to what my frog eats, she is very fat. She is also 6.5cm from snout to vent.

Caption: I just happened to see my frog climbing onto an apple!

Caption: My frog loves the water and the sun. I often find my frog sitting up against one of the vivarium sides, sun-bathing.

Caption: Here is the vivarium that my dad and I put together. Neat, huh?

Caption: Another froggee picture in the water. Note the thighs are slightly bluish, though you may not be able to see that so well with the digital camera.

Caption: My frog sitting on top of another frog, fancy that!

About my frog: I got my frog as a tadpole and I have brought it up to be a Green and Golden Bell frog. It now eats large insects, such as moths, wetas, katidids, spiders and many other scary creepy crawlies. I've owned it for about 2 years now and it is pretty big (6.5 cm, snout to vent)! My frog loves to sit in the sun and bask, she also likes to sit in the water during the day and hunt at night. I don't know how she does it, but she always seems to find a way out of her vivarium. We are lucky to still have her.
